The transparency provided by web sites such as Glassdoor combined with a millennial desire for meaningful work and corporate responsibility have the upped the ante when it comes to employer brand and candidate experience. The growing talent shortage is nothing to sneeze at either: in 2016, 68% of surveyed HR professionals found it difficult to fill full-time positions.
